The overall goal of the programme

This Training of Trainers (ToT) programme aims to equip aspiring and experienced trainers with the practical skills, confidence, and modern tools needed to design and deliver impactful training sessions. Participants will develop strong presentation and classroom management skills, learn how to use AI to create training materials, design engaging training games to boost interaction, and master the end-to-end engineering of a professional training session. The course focuses on real-world application, enabling participants to build complete training programmes and enhance their effectiveness as professional trainers.
