The overall goal of the programme

This course aims to empower participants to effectively develop and monitor strategic performance by linking strategic objectives to measurable operational indicators. The course focuses on building strategic key performance indicators (KPIs), projecting objectives onto operational levels, measuring and analyzing performance using scorecards and management reports, and understanding the role of digital systems in performance management. By the end of the course, participants will be able to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions that support the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives.
