The overall goal of the programme

The program aims, in general, to enhance participants' practical skills and knowledge about the latest developments in developing levels of return on investment in training (ROI) and its relation to strategic requirements and the systematic construction of organizational and individual performance. It also aims to develop their practical skills in using modern and relevant standard measurement tools, transforming training ROI concepts from theoretical propositions into practical, applicable practices that serve strategic performance requirements.
